Gimp Brushes

Hi guys,

This is my 1st post and I want to let you know that i've just opened a new directory of gimp brushes. I will add more and more brushes every day so if you need some nice brushes for your work, just visit my directory. http://brushnet.com/

Thank you,

gimp.org dead?

I cannot access gimp.org from my computer for the last several days. (I don't have trouble with sourceforge.net, slashdot.org....). Are other people having this problem? I have tried this from multiple houses, different kinds of computers, and different browsers. I still have no luck.

(Interestingly, I can get to registry.gimp.org which seems to be hosted at a different address than gimp.org)

Note: Located in U.S. if this helps.

Is there a way to see all new/unread comments?

(Sorry, I had accidentally posted this as a reply to an unrelated thread)..

I like the Recent Comments, but since I don't visit daily there are often comments that have scrolled off the bottom. Is there a way in the site software to see which scripts have new comments?

edit missing

Hi,

I'd like to change my plug-in information but... I am logged under Change plug-in information and I can't see anymore the Edit link (should be there as far as I remember how to change plug-in information).

Also for comments I own. Some of them are with Edit and Reply, other are with with Reply only.

Lets come up with a better categorization!

I don't know whether the categorization through tags as currently used helps anybody -- there seem to be an awful lot of tags and even reading through the list takes ages.

As far as I can tell, we have tags of the following sorts:

Tags for the old menu categories or sub-categories such as "filter", "blur", "blend", "color" and so on

Various functional tags such as "grain removal", "generate", "stereoscopic", "resize", etc.  read more »

spam invasion ...and disable html

you may see a invasion of spam some quite hard to detect
(for that hard to detect trick is copy a normal message adding just few links and repost ..hard to detect without reading all the message ...and we are lucky that nobody yet get the idea to hide links in word as gimp or script )

But both the most visible and most hidden spam have something in commune, the goal to post hyperlinks

Then maybe most of that may be avoided ...maybe not by mollum .  read more »

CAPTCHA going nut

for 4 times captcha apparently block my replies...because result were no correct.

So i had to login to post a reply...but then i had a surprise even if apparently refused all my replies were accepted only with a weird delay

then here http://registry.gimp.org/node/228#comment-4453 the identical replies are not from some spammer trying to publicize the Web Archive side, but result of CAPTCHA hiccups...

Just to let you know.

..is confusing that at first captcha does not accept 2 as result of 2 + 0 , but then after few minutes change his mind and the refused message is displayed

OT: Drupal / Gimp Registery list by keyword

I was wondering what CCK module was used to list the site content as you have in the Browse the Registry by Keyword? Does it work by taxonomy or another CCK field?

Thanks,

Chas
p.s. listing by keyword appreciated.
