GIMP Plugin Registry

Recently, a user reported login problems for http://registry.gimp.org in the GNOME Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=612233
Currently, there isn't much that can be done for such bugs, except reporting them here.

Should I add a registry.gimp.org component for the gimp-web product in Bugzilla?
