Formatting problem in plugin description area

Hi
It appears that there is a formatting problem in plugin description area. Please see

When I edit it in rich-text mode -- it's ok. When I post it -- the formatting seems to be damaged.

line breaks and inline links

You've been using the "inline link" input format, which did not allow paragraphs to be inserted by the editor -- and the wysiwyg editor does not create empty lines, which the auto-paragraph-filter would require.

I have added the 'p'-tag for that input format, too, so the editor works fine now.
