Gimp-reflection: how install?

I'm a beginner.
I installed gimp and tried to install gimp-reflection, but it didn't work.
After unzipped, I found the file "gimp-reflection.scm" that I put in the plug-ins folder. Is that right?

scm scripts go into the

scm scripts go into the 'scripts' folder, not the 'plug-ins' folder
