A Windows 32 version of noise-generator-0.2.5, another great plugin by Marcor.
Without console window (compiled with LDFLAGS=-mwindows).

Installation instructions
Only one file is necessary: if you open the zip file, you will find it in the plug-ins subfolder, and its name is noise-generator.exe.
Copy it either into your Gimp configuration folder: Documents and Settings\[user name]\.gimp-2.6\plugins\
or into Gimp plug-in directory: Program Files\Gimp-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\
The other folder contains only Polish and German locale translation files I compiled for they were included in the source code. If you need them you should copy the contents of share directory into Gimp share directory, that is: Program Files\Gimp-2.0\share
